Internet threatened

I received an email from a friend of mine, about the attack on network neutrality. Basically, internet service providers are looking for a way to fund their business and are turning to websites. Websites who pay them more will appear "faster" to users and gain preference. They'll give priority to preferred websites. Consumer groups, Google, Yahoo, and others are pushing to maintain network neutrality. Apparently this has been going on for awhile...
