Knitting like it's my job

If only it were. That and watching movies....

Another finished hat:
Pattern: Last Minute Knitted Gifts
Yarn: Another unknown kettle-dyed wool
Comments: This time I followed the pattern to 5 1/2" instead of 6 1/2" - I like this fit much better. Though it's a little loose around the bottom - I'll knit the ribbing on smaller needles next time. I do like the swirl effect though!

I also had some free time to dye this weekend, taking advantage of the sale on Kool-Aid at Ralph's. I thought about using cake dye, but wasn't sure how to use it and didn't have the patience to do a web search on it.
